You can use PUBLIC BIKES at a low fare throughout the city. The BUBI BIKING RENTAL is described here. There are biking docks both nearby the Gellert Hotel and close to the Conference venue.
You can walk to the conference site or use public transport. Both bus station 86 and Metro4 station Gellert ter is very close to the Hotel.
