ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS CLOSED FROM 16-TH OF OCTOBER!
We plan to have two/three short presentations from the submitted abstracts in each session.
In order to be considered for presentation the abstracts need to be submitted till 19th of September.
Abstract selection for an oral presentation will be performed till 15th of October by the Scientific Committee.
You will be announced if selected till 15th of October.
Best oral presentation will be awarded with "Best short oral presentation" prize.
Best poster will be awarded with "Best poster" prize.
Abstracts will be available for all participants in electronic format.

POSTERS
Poster stands will be 100cm wide and 250cm tall, with a maximum poster size of 95cm *220cm.
All posters will be in on the stands from Thursday morning till Friday evening. They will be on the stands in the alphabetical order of the submitting scientist.
ABSTRACTS
All abstracts will be available on a password protected area of the conference webpage in an electronic format optimized for laptops, tablets and mobile phones. There will be free wifi access during the conference. No printed abstract book will be available, but a pdf format will be available for later personal use.

Registration Fees
In order to facilitate attendance of junior researchers a special low cost registration fee is available for this category.
Junior registration
is available for junior researchers below 35 years by proving an active PhD student status.
Junior registration fee is 120 Euros or 35 000 HUF.
Junior registration fee does not include the attendance fee of the closing social event. You are welcome to join the dinner on a Danube cruiser for an additional fee of 50 Euros or 15 000 HUF. If you would like to participate please indicate on the registration form.
Senior registration - academia
is available for researchers from an academic institution older than 35 years.
Senior registration fee is 300 Euros or 80 000 HUF.
Senior registration fee does include the attendance fee of the closing social event.
Non-academic registration
is available for attendees who do not have an academic affiliation.
Non-academic registration fee is 450 Euros or 120 000 HUF.
Non-academic registration fee does include the attendance fee of the closing social event.
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration fee includes the attendance to the conference, program leaflet, abstract book in electronic format, wifi on the conference site, coffee breaks, poster sessions and opening Gala Dinner. Senior registration and non-academic registration fee is including the closing dinner on a Danube cruiser. Junior registration fee does not include the attendance fee of the closing social event. Food and drink costs will be listed separately on the invoice. Accommodation is not included in the registration fee, but special conference reservation codes will be provided for the recommended hotel upon registration.

Official final invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site at
the registration desk.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations on registration can be made only in a written form. The refund for cancellations made on and
prior to 30 September is 100%. After this date the conference secretariat has to pay the advanced payments
and only 50% of your registration fee can be refunded till 15th of October. After 15th of October we are not able to refund your registration fee.
